Privacy Policy | Candy Under Cover intends to keep the relationships between itself and its customers within the confines of Candy Under Cover. This means that no customer's personal information will be sold, leased, or otherwise distributed to any outside organization, unless it is a necessary part of processing your transaction (i.e. your name and address will be shared with FedEx, so that they can deliver your package to you).
Private Customer information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 30 days.
Customers will not receive any continual email solicitation all at this point in time. If we do consider this option, our company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.
