Our aim is to give you exactly what you want for your special event. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may call or email us within 7 days of receipt. Most of our orders are custom made, therefore understandably not returnable.
Non refundable items apply to custom & personalized items, food & perishables (almonds, chocolates, general confectionery, candles).
If the item is returnable, it must be in it’s original packing and original condition.
You must get prior approval for a return from us first. Call 508-381-1300. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. Refunds, less original shipping charges (that we paid for complimentary) will be made when the return is received and checked. We ask that you return orders by UPS or FEDEX so that they may be tracked, if necessary.
Please Note: There is a 20% re-stocking fee on some returned orders.
